Our Preschool classroom is a nurturing environment where children build independence, confidence, and a love of learning. Through hands-on Montessori activities, children develop language, sensorial,
early math, practical-life, and social-emotional skills.
What a preschool day looks like
Each day includes music, movement, stories, art, sign language, outdoor play, and daily practice in grace and courtesy. Children are encouraged to care for themselves, their environment, and one another while learning to express their feelings and communicate with confidence.
Small groups, close attention
Our Preschool classroom has 8 children to one teacher, where Louisiana licensing allows 12 — so each child’s uniqueness stays at the center.
Potty training
Children in this classroom are welcome at any stage of potty training. We let each child move at their own pace and stay in this room until they are ready.
